Adam Vainauskas is the Principal of Stephen Wawn & Associates after joining the firm in 2015.

Adam has worked in jurisdictions including the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal, the Local Court, District Court and Supreme Court of News South Wales, as well as the NSW Court of Appeal and High Court of Australia. He has advised clients from individuals to corporations in areas ranging from commercial transactions & litigation, property, leasing & strata law, wills & estates, estate litigation and consumer law.

Prior to joining Stephen Wawn & Associates, Adam worked with ASIC.
